Ivory Oak Counseling & Wellness is preparing to offer virtual individual counseling for adults and adolescents ages 12+ throughout Texas. We believe in transparent pricing and a straightforward approach to payment.
Private pay only. Insurance will not be billed directly. A valid credit or debit card will be required on file through SimplePractice before beginning services.
Insurance & Superbills
Superbills will be available upon request for clients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and insurance coverage for services provided by an LPC-Associate may be limited or unavailable. Clients are encouraged to verify their benefits directly with their insurance provider.
Initial Intake & Diagnostic Assessment

Good Faith Estimates
Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who do not have health insurance or who choose not to use their insurance to pay for counseling have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated cost of services before care begins. You may request an estimate before scheduling an appointment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges.
Ivory Oak Counseling & Wellness is preparing to launch in 2027. Individualized Good Faith Estimates will be provided in accordance with applicable requirements once services become available.
Who is the practice for?
Ivory Oak Counseling & Wellness is preparing to launch virtual individual counseling for adults and adolescents (ages 12+) throughout Texas in 2027. Counseling services and appointment scheduling are not currently available.
Can I use my insurance?
Ivory Oak Counseling & Wellness will not bill insurance directly. Superbills will be available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Eligibility and reimbursement amounts depend on the client’s insurance plan, and coverage for LPC-Associate services may be limited or unavailable. Clients are encouraged to verify their individual benefits with their insurance provider.
What might counseling involve?
Counseling is a collaborative experience tailored to each person's needs and goals. My integrative approach may include traditional talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creative and art-based interventions, mindfulness practices, and practical coping strategies. These approaches are incorporated based on individual preferences and comfort.
Do I need a credit card on file?
Yes. A valid credit or debit card will be required on file through SimplePractice before beginning counseling. Payments will be processed securely according to the practice’s payment agreement.
When will appointments become available?
Ivory Oak Counseling & Wellness is preparing to launch in 2027. An official opening date has not yet been announced, and appointments are not currently available.
